Independent Expenditures Filing Deadlines
2019 Public Advocate Off-Year Election
All independent spenders must file disclosure statements with the CFB once they spend $1,000 on a candidate or ballot proposal.
No statement is required if there is no reportable activity during a disclosure period.
A “daily disclosure” statement is due within 24 hours of engaging in reportable activity during the two weeks before election day.
The first filing for the 2021 elections is due January 15, 2021.
