Campaign Finance Board Votes on Enforcement Matters

At a regularly scheduled meeting today, the New York City Campaign Finance Board determined a number of enforcement matters for campaigns from the 2013 citywide elections. Specifically, the Board determined that four campaigns committed violations and must pay penalties, while four campaigns must repay public funds received. For details on the Board’s enforcement actions today, please refer to the chart below.

Separately, the Board ratified public funds payments issued on September 4th to candidates in today’s Democratic primary election for Council District 23. To date, the Board has paid $500,500 to five candidates in that race.
