During a regularly scheduled meeting today, the Campaign Finance Board determined that three campaigns from the 2009 elections committed violations. One campaign from the 2009 elections will receive post-election payment of public funds.
The Board also voted to dismiss a complaint against James G. Van Bramer (2009, Council District #26). Separately, the Board voted to deny a Rule 5-02(a) petition from Joseph Lazar (March 2010 special election, CD #44).
For details on the Board's actions, please refer to the charts below. Please note that the numbers in the "Total Penalties" column are linked to documents that provide detail on the violations committed.
