Campaign Finance Board Votes on Penalties and Payments

During a regularly scheduled meeting today, the Campaign Finance Board determined that three campaigns from the 2009 elections committed violations. One campaign from the 2009 elections will receive post-election payment of public funds.

The Board also voted to dismiss a complaint against James G. Van Bramer (2009, Council District #26). Separately, the Board voted to deny a Rule 5-02(a) petition from Joseph Lazar (March 2010 special election, CD #44).
