During a regularly scheduled meeting today, the Campaign Finance Board determined that two campaigns from the 2009 elections committed violations. The Board also determined that two campaigns from the 2009 elections will receive post-election payments of public funds.
Separately, the Board ratified public funds payments for five candidates in the special election held on February 19, 2013 in Council District 31.
The Board also voted to dismiss a complaint against the 2009 Council District #39 candidate Brad Lander.
Lastly, the Board voted to issue for public comment proposed rules to make clarifications to certain CFB procedures and amend the Rules for the voter guide. The rules will be released in the City Record in the coming days.
