The New York City Campaign Finance Board today determined that one campaign in the February 2013 special election for Council District 31 and one campaign in the November 2012 special election for Council District 12 committed violations.
Separately, the Board also determined that one campaign in the February 2013 special election for Council District 31 and one campaign in the November 2012 special election for Council District 12 will receive post-election public funds payments.
