Campaign Finance Board Votes on Penalties and Repayments

During a regularly scheduled meeting today, the Campaign Finance Board determined that one campaign from the 2009 elections committed violations and is required to repay public funds.

Separately, the Board voted to dismiss a complaint against the Ari Kagan 2013 campaign for City Council District #48.
