During a regularly scheduled meeting today, the Campaign Finance Board determined that five campaigns in the 2009 elections committed violations.
Separately, the Board also determined that three campaigns in the 2009 elections must repay public funds.
One candidate in the 2009 election will receive a post-election payment of public funds.
