During a regularly scheduled meeting today, the Campaign Finance Board determined that two campaigns in the 2009 elections committed violations.
Separately, the Board also determined that three campaigns in the 2009 elections must repay public funds.
One candidate in the 2009 election will receive a post-election payment of public funds.

The Board also voted to issue proposed rules to require disclosure of independent expenditures in City elections. The proposed rules and the Board’s statement on the rules are available here.
