Two candidates in the April 21, 2009 special election for Bronx Borough President have filed required financial disclosure statements.
This is the first scheduled disclosure statement for the April 21 special election. All candidates in the April 21 special election, including non-participants, are required by law to provide a detailed report of all financial activity for their campaigns covering from the beginning of their fundraising through March 16, 2009.

Candidates may deliver statements to the CFB, submit filings electronically, or send the materials by mail, as long as mailed submissions are postmarked by midnight, March 20.
The next disclosure filing for the April 21 special elections is due Friday, April 10, and covers transactions conducted between March 17 and April 6, 2009.
