As of 5:00PM Friday, October 23rd, three candidates in the election for City Council District 23 filed required campaign finance disclosure statements with the Campaign Finance Board (CFB). October 23rd marked the sixth disclosure deadline in the 2015 Council District 23 off-year election in Queens, and the second disclosure deadline in the 2015A Council District 51 special election in Staten Island. Candidates and independent spenders are required to file disclosure statements with the Campaign Finance Board by midnight on Friday, October 23rd detailing their campaign’s financial activity for the period covering September 29, 2015 to October 19th, 2015.
