The following resources are available on the CFB’s website:

  • The CFB’s campaign finance summary page contains basic financial information for all candidates and independent spenders who file with the CFB. Users may compare candidate campaign spending and independent expenditures side-by-side.
  • The searchable database provides details about individual transactions reported by candidates and independent spenders. Results for independent spending searches include image, audio or video files of the communications reported.
  • The Candidate and Independent spending charts provide a race-by-race illustration of all the spending in the 2013 as reported by candidates and independent spenders.

All candidates file statements electronically. Candidates who need to submit backup documentation may do so electronically, in person, or by mail (as long as mailed submissions are postmarked by January 15, 2014). Information on the contribution and spending limits for the 2013 elections can be found here.
