CFB Executive Director Amy Loprest to Speak at Baruch Policy Forum on Campaign Finance

Tomorrow, at 6:00 PM, the Baruch College School of Public Affairs will host a policy forum entitled “Small Donors, Big Democracy: The Impact of Campaign Finance Regulation on Citizenship.” Campaign Finance Board Executive Director Amy Loprest will be discussing the Board’s post-election report, New Yorkers Make Their Voices Heard, and public financing of campaigns with Michael J. Malbin, Executive Director of the Campaign Finance Institute, and Susan M. Liss, Director at the Brennan Center for Justice at New York University School of Law. Both organizations have studied New York City’s public matching funds program, and will discuss their conclusions.

The conversation will be moderated by David S. Birdsell, Dean of Baruch College School of Public Affairs.
