During a regularly scheduled meeting today, the Campaign Finance Board issued proposed amendments to its Rules for public comment. The amendments contain detailed procedures for the formal adjudications of alleged violations, proposed penalties, and/or claims for repayments of public funds. The proposed rules can be found here.
