Fundraising Period #15 For 2009 Elections Ends Tomorrow

Candidates to file campaign finance disclosures with CFB on Monday, November 30

Tomorrow is the final day of the fifteenth reporting period for the 2009 citywide elections. On Monday, November 30, all candidates in the general election, including those who did not take part in the Campaign Finance Program, will file required disclosure statements of their campaigns’ financial activity from October 20 through November 26. This is the first filing disclosure statement following the November 3 general election.

FILING DAY DETAILS

Candidates may deliver statements to the CFB by hand, submit their filings electronically, or send the materials by mail (as long as mailed submissions are postmarked by November 30).

As disclosures are filed on November 30, the CFB will update its website with the latest financial information four times during the day: at 11:00am, 2:00pm, 5:30pm, and once more in the evening. A press advisory will be issued to alert interested parties each time that new information is posted to the website.
