Fundraising Period for 2011 and 2013 Elections Ends Monday

Deadline to file campaign finance disclosures with CFB is Friday, July 15

Monday, July 11 is the last day of the six-month reporting period for candidates running for city office. All candidates for the 2013 elections will file required disclosure statements of their campaigns’ financial activity from January 12, 2011 through July 11, 2011. A complete list of candidates registered with the CFB for the 2013 elections is available here.

In addition, all candidates running in the 2011 elections in Council District #28 will file required disclosure statements of their campaigns’ financial activity from January 12, 2011 through July 11, 2011.

FILING DETAILS

Candidates may deliver statements to the CFB by hand, submit their filings electronically, or send the materials by mail (as long as mailed submissions are postmarked by July 15).

Candidates may file as early as Tuesday, July 12. As disclosures are filed, the CFB will update its website with the latest financial information at regular intervals. A press advisory will be issued to alert interested parties each time new information is posted to the website. The CFB will also post updates to its Twitter feed, @NYCCFB, as filings are received.
