Fundraising Period for 2013 Elections Ends Tomorrow

Deadline to file campaign finance disclosures with CFB is Monday, July 16

Wednesday, July 11 is the last day of the six-month reporting period for candidates running for city office.  All candidates in the 2013 elections will file required disclosure statements of their campaigns’ financial activity from January 12 through July 11, 2012. Candidates may file as early as Thursday, July 12. A complete list of candidates registered with the CFB for the 2013 elections is available here.

Candidates may deliver statements to the CFB by hand, submit their filings electronically, or send the materials by mail (as long as mailed submissions are postmarked by July 16).

The CFB will post updates to its Twitter feed, @NYCCFB, as filings are received. You can easily search for updates with the hashtag #FilingDay.

As disclosures are filed, the CFB will update its website at regular intervals.  A press advisory will be issued to alert interested parties each time the website is updated.
