The following independent spender has filed the required disclosure statements for Council District 31 special election with the New York City Campaign Finance Board.

Board rules adopted last year requiring disclosure of independent expenditures are in effect for this special election. Friday, February 8 was the deadline to disclose independent expenditure activity from January 15 through February 4. Between February 5-19, independent spenders are also required to file disclosures of their activities within 24 hours of making an expenditure or receiving a contribution.

Nine candidates in Council District 31 have already filed the required campaign finance disclosure statements.
The special election is on Tuesday, February 19. The CFB has released a new online voter guide. The next disclosure deadline for this election will be March 18.
