NYC Votes Releases Official 2015 Primary Election Voter Guide

August 27, 2015

The New York City Campaign Finance Board (CFB) announces the release of the official New York City Voter Guide for the 2015 Primary Elections on September 10. The Guide provides voters with comprehensive, non-partisan information on candidates in the races for Queens City Council District 23, and judicial and party positions across the City, in addition to information on where and how to vote.

The Voter Guide is available in five languages: English, Spanish, Bengali, Chinese, and Korean. The print Guide will arrive in the homes of City Council District 23 residents by September 3rd.

Election Day is Thursday, September 10. Polls will be open from 6 AM to 9 PM.

Democratic voters in the 23rd City Council District (Eastern Queens) will be choosing between six candidates on the ballot.

“For the past 27 years, New Yorkers have turned to the CFB’s Voter Guide to educate themselves about their choices at the voting booth,” said CFB Executive Director Amy Loprest. “This non-partisan election resource is an essential piece of the City’ democratic process.“

Do you know someone who can vote in these districts? If so, be sure to send them this e-mail to remind them to vote on September 10!
