NYC Votes! announces the release of its online Voter Guide to New York City candidates for the State Primary Elections on Thursday, September 13. The Voter Guide lists all state Senate, Assembly and Judicial candidates appearing on the ballot, and provides links to candidates’ websites and social media accounts when available.
Polls will be open Thursday, September 13 from 6 AM to 9 PM.
The guide includes links to help voters find their poll site, view a sample ballot and look up their voter registration status. (Sample ballots may also show elections for political party officers). Voters can also sign the NYC Votes! “Pledge to Vote” to receive election reminders via email.
The General Election will be held on Tuesday, November 6.
NYCVotes! is the non-partisan voter engagement campaign of the New York City Campaign Finance Board (CFB) and its Voter Assistance Advisory Committee (VAAC). In addition to promoting voter registration, participation, and civic engagement in New York City through its many programs and partnerships, NYC Votes! sponsors the city’s official Debate Program and produces the citywide Voter Guide.
