Third Disclosure Period Deadline for the 2015 Elections on August 31

The third campaign finance disclosure period in the 2015 election for City Council District 23 will end at midnight on Thursday, August 27. The six Democratic Party candidates for this office must file a disclosure statement with the Campaign Finance Board by midnight on Monday, August 31 detailing their campaigns’ financial activity for the period from August 7, 2015 to August 27, 2015.

The CFB will post updates to its Twitter feed, @NYCCFB, starting Friday, August 28, as filings are received. Follow the hashtag #FilingDay to get the latest.

We will update our website at regular intervals to reflect disclosure statements that have been received. A press advisory will be issued to alert the public when the website has been updated with new information, including:

Ahead of the September 10 primary, democratic candidates will make daily disclosures of certain large transactions for the period from August 28 and September 9. Disclosure statement deadlines for the 2015 election can be found, here.

The official New York City Voter Guide for the 2015 Primary Elections on September 10 is currently available online in five languages: English, Spanish, Bengali, Chinese, and Korean. The Guide provides voters with comprehensive, non-partisan information on candidates in the races for Queens City Council District 23, and judicial and party positions across the City, in addition to information on where and how to vote.
