I believe that we must: limit Development to the scale & context of existing neighborhoods; preserve Affordable Housing, requiring it in all new development; work with Police and community leaders to keep our neighborhood safe; increase Landmark and Historic protections; aid locally owned & operated Small Businesses; provide Schools more funding and new facilities; improve the West Side's Pedestrian Safety, Public Transportation, Air Quality, Noise Abatement, and Green Streets & Parks, and reduce vermin and graffiti; protect every Senior's right to stay in their home and have needed services; increase funding for Cultural groups and affordable programming.

2. What other important issues would you address if elected?

Keeping the city livable for working and middle class families; maintaining fiscal discipline, holding the line on taxes, and protecting essential services and the safety net; making government more accessible and efficient; improving broadband access for all; advocating for quality women's health; remaining a defender of LGBT rights.
