1. What is the most important issue in the city you would address if elected?

The economy is affecting all of us. We need to lower taxes, help small businesses succeed & foster new business opportunities across the city. As a small business owner, I have seen a decline in sales over the past year, while my taxes have increased. Similarly, as a homeowner, my property taxes have skyrocketed, along with water rates & utility taxes. We need a fighter in City Hall that will advocate for us to keep taxes low, cut the red tape for small businesses & fight the City Council when they want to raise taxes. As Public Advocate I will work for all people in every borough revitalizing our economy.

2. What other important issues would you address if elected?

As Public Advocate I will fight for more accountability in government, less traffic & better public transportation, safer streets for our children & families, better schools and more planning for the future. For too long, all New Yorker's haven't had a seat at the table in City Hall; if I am elected Public Advocate, I will be your voice. We need a new generation of leadership that understands the real issues facing our neighborhoods & elect someone that has the right solutions to solve those problems. That person is me.

3. What makes you the best candidate for this office?

At 26 years old, I am the youngest candidate to run for Public Advocate & have real experience working to make life better for all New Yorker's. The office of Public Advocate can be an one of new ideas to make government work better. We need an energetic, independent fighter in City Hall working for us; not a career politician or City Hall insider. I'm running to help you & make our city a better place to live.
