Individuals and organizations can raise and spend money regarding candidates seeking CFB-covered offices by registering with the CFB as an Independent Spender and submitting required disclosure statements.
The CFB has issued a close out letter or Final Board Determination (FBD) for the following Independent Spenders. A close out letter indicates that the CFB has concluded its review of the Independent Spender without any findings of violation. An FBD will be issued to Independent Spender regarding findings of violations and penalties assessed by the Board.
