NYCCFB Votes on Enforcement Matters at Public Meeting
11/09/2023
Last week Thursday, the NYC Campaign Finance Board (CFB) voted to asses penalties to two 2021 campaigns and one campaign from a 2019 special elections. Please refer to the tables below for more details on those determinations. (The penalties listed in the previous press release were incorrect, please refer to the updated chart below for the corrected penalties)
Other business conducted during the public meeting included an announcement of all campaigns that were in compliance. The candidates below the penalty charts have completed the post-election audit process without any violations and penalties assessed by the Campaign Finance Board. The Board recognizes the diligence of the candidates and their staff in running campaigns that maintained compliance with New York City’s campaign finance. (Some of the candidates below are mentioned in this press release as they may not have been named in prior post-meeting press releases)
A video recording of the meeting is available on the CFB's YouTube channel.
