NYCCFB Votes on Enforcement Matters at Public Meeting

November 12, 2025 – On Thursday October 30th, the NYC Campaign Finance Board (CFB) voted to assess penalties to two committees from the 2021 election cycle and public funds payment/repayment obligations to two committees. Also included in the charts below are supplemental payments to two committees from the 2025 election cycle. Please refer to the tables below for more details on these determinations.
