NYCCFB Votes on Enforcement Matters at Public Meeting
03/15/2024
On Thursday March 14th, the NYC Campaign Finance Board (CFB) voted to assess penalties to an independent spender from the 2023 election cycle. Please refer to the table below for more details on this determination. The Board also voted to dismiss a complaint.
Other business conducted during the public meeting included an announcement of campaigns that were in compliance. The candidates in the charts below have completed the post-election audit process without any violations or penalties assessed by the Campaign Finance Board. The Board recognizes the diligence of the candidates and their staff in running campaigns that maintained compliance with New York City’s campaign finance program. Of these campaigns, nine are first time candidates with the Campaign Finance Board.
A video recording of the meeting is available on the CFB's YouTube channel.
