NYCCFB Votes on Enforcement Matters, Public Funds

July 13, 2026 – On Thursday, July 9, the NYC Campaign Finance Board (CFB) ratified a payment to one candidate in the 2026 primary election and determined that one campaign from 2021 must repay public funds. The Board also dismissed a complaint regarding candidate Kristin Jordan and determined that five campaigns from 2021 committed violations and assessed penalties; please refer to the tables below for
details.
