August 22nd, 2024 –  On Thursday August 15th, the NYC Campaign Finance Board ("CFB") approved a Notice of Public Hearing and Opportunity to Comment on Proposed Rules. These proposed rules were published on our website, and are now available for public comment. The proposed rules can also be found in The City Record. A public hearing will be held on the proposed rules via Zoom at 1 p.m. on Friday, September 27th, 2024. Please RSVP by clicking here.

The Board must receive any written comments on or before September 27th. Anyone wishing to testify at the public hearing should notify Joseph Gallagher, Interim General Counsel, by email at rules@nyccfb.info or by phone at (212) 409-1861 in advance of the hearing.
