At a regularly scheduled meeting today, the New York City Campaign Finance Board voted on enforcement matters for four campaigns involved in the 2013 citywide election cycle.
The Board determined that four campaigns committed violations and assessed penalties. In addition, the Board determined that four campaigns are required to repay public funds. Details of the Board’s determinations are outlined in the charts below.
Separately, the Board ratified public funds payments issued on October 29th to three candidates in the 2015 off-year election in Queens Council District 23. To date, the Board has paid five candidates in that race a total of $689,4976.
