During a regularly scheduled meeting today, the Campaign Finance Board determined that three campaigns from the 2009 elections committed violations. The Board also determined that three campaigns from the 2009 elections must repay public funds.
Separately, the Board voted to deny Rule 5-02(a) petitions from 2009 candidates Kendall Stewart CD #45 and Yudelka Tapia CD #14.
The Board also voted to delegate authority to make public funds payments for the special election to be held on February 19, 2013 in Council District 31 to Board Chair Father Joseph Parkes.
