Fourteen candidates in the February 24, 2009 special elections in Council districts 21 (Queens), 32 (Queens), and 49 (Staten Island) have filed required financial disclosure statements with the Campaign Finance Board (CFB).
This is the fourth, and for candidate running in the 2009 primary or general, the last, scheduled disclosure statement for the February 24 special elections. All candidates in the February 24 special elections, including non-participants, are required by law to provide a detailed report of all financial activity for their campaigns covering dates between February 10 and March 19, 2009.

Candidates may deliver statements to the CFB, submit filings electronically, or send the materials by mail, as long as submissions are postmarked by midnight, March 23.
Candidates not running in the 2009 primary or general election must submit disclosure statements to the CFB on July 15, 2009, covering all transactions between March 20 and July 11, 2009. Those disclosures can be found on the CFB website.
