As of 5:00 PM Friday, November 30th, two candidates in the election for City Council District 23 filed required campaign finance disclosure statements with the Campaign Finance Board (CFB). November 30th marks the seventh disclosure deadline in the 2015 Council District 23 off-year election in Queens, and the third disclosure deadline in the 2015A Council District 51 special election in Staten Island. Candidates and independent spenders are required to file disclosure statements with the Campaign Finance Board by midnight on Monday, November 30th detailing their campaigns' financial activity for the period covering October 20, 2015 to November 26, 2015.
