NYCCFB Votes on Enforcement Matters at Public Meeting

01/17/2025

January 17, 2025 – On Wednesday January 15th, the NYC Campaign Finance Board (CFB) voted to assess penalties to two committees from the 2021 election cycle and two independent spenders from the 2023 election cycle. Please refer to the tables below for more details on this determination.

Other business conducted during the public meeting included the approval of public funds payments and an announcement of campaigns that were in compliance. These candidates have completed the post-election audit process without any violations or penalties assessed by the Campaign Finance Board. The Board recognizes the diligence of the candidates and their staff in running campaigns that maintained compliance with New York City’s campaign finance program. Of these campaigns, two are first time candidates with the Campaign Finance Board.

A video recording of the meeting is available on the live stream section of CFB's YouTube channel.
