NYCCFB Votes on Enforcement Matters at Public Meeting

05/23/2024

May 23, 2024 – On Thursday May 16th, the NYC Campaign Finance Board (CFB) voted to assess penalties to two committees, from a 2019 special election and a 2020 special election. Please refer to the tables below for more details on these determinations.

Other business conducted during the public meeting included an announcement of campaigns that were in compliance. These candidates have completed the post-election audit process without any violations or penalties assessed by the Campaign Finance Board. The Board recognizes the diligence of the candidates and their staff in running campaigns that maintained compliance with New York City’s campaign finance program. Of these campaigns, nine are first time candidates with the Campaign Finance Board.

A video recording of the meeting is available on the CFB's YouTube channel.
