I am a third generation Staten Islander, I grew up in Westerlieh. I attended Blessed Sacrament Elementary School and Graduated from Curtis High School.
After High School I went to work for the Telephone Company, there I learned my trade. I later left the Telephone Company to pursue a career in the private sector, working with such prestige’s company’s as Estee Lauder, BARNEYS NEW YORK, and Saint Vincents Hospital & Medical Center. I just recently became a partner in TSF Communications, a Staten Island based, full service telecommunications company.
I have been married to my wife Tracy for the past 7 years. Together we have 2 beautiful children, Frank Jr. and Thomas.
I will fight against the unregulated development of Staten Island that has caused unacceptable traffic congestion; school overcrowding; inadequate sewerage; and just plain overcrowding.
I will fight for alternatives to TAX Hikes. We must not tolerate the closing of our Firehouses and the LAY OFFS of our city employees.
I will fight effortlessly to lift the smoking ban put on our local bars and nightclubs. This is NOT a health issue, this is a FREEDOM issue.
My younger son Thomas, was born 3 months pre-mature, and now lives with a form of Cerebral Palsy called Spastic Diplasia. I will open my office to ALL the parents of Staten Island. Parents need to know they have someone to turn to when they are told their child has special needs. I want to give those parents of Staten Island a VOICE in local government.
