1. What is the most important issue in Council District 48 you would address if elected?

Continuing to work towards protecting our neighborhoods against overdevelopment.

 

2. What other important issues would you address if elected?

Continue of funding for Graffiti removal programs. Working to prevent cuts in vital services such as sanitation pickup and library services. Opposing any cuts to Fire and Police Protection. Fighting any increases in property taxes.

 

3. What makes you the best candidate for this office?

Already a full time Councilman. Mike Nelson has understood and served the needs of our community for the last 18 years with his hands on approach in government.
