Other issues I will address are protecting senior services; access to affordable healthcare; maintain affordable housing; JOBS, JOBS, and more JOBS, public safety; small business concerns and land use.

3. What makes you the best candidate for this office?

With my 30 years of professional and volunteer work, I have established quality working relationships with the clergy, senior centers, tenants associations, NYPD, schools, youth programs and many community and civic organizations. My experience as an 1199 SEIU Organizer has allowed me to participate in the progressive charge against the inequalities in the healthcare system. As a lifetime resident in the 12th district, I will advocate for the district and I commit to putting community first.
