After 33 years participating in the Washington Heights, Inwood and Marble Hill’s community, and knowing the problems that are affecting it; I decided to run for New York City Council.
Because as a man not interested in the money that the position offers, instead interested in giving back to the community some of the experience earned in my own business’ administrations.
Becoming the City Council on District 10 would enlarge my abilities to provide solutions to those problems in fields such as Education, Housing, Economic Development, Health Care, and Jobs preservations and Jobs Creations.
I will make special emphasis in crime prevention, safety and over all to make sure that terrorist be brought to Justice.
Prenatal care will be of a great concern of my office as City Council. I will allocate the funding to create affordable Day Care Centers with capable and reliable personnel; so that working couple goes to work without worries.
I believe in principles and family values. My wife, Betty and my two Children, Cindy and Felix II, are one of the happiest family in the City of New York, and we want to share ours success with our community.
