1. What is the most important issue in Council District 49 you would address if elected? Create and keep jobs on the North Shore by reutilizing the North Shore railway and connecting to the NJ Transit system either under the Bayonne Bridge and/or continue along the existing right-of-way to cross the old Port Authority Trans-Hudson Tressel Bridge.
2. What other important issues would you address if elected? Improve Health Care quality and availability and increasing Staten Island and North Shore share of public health care spending.
3. What makes you the best candidate for this office? Over 30 years serving the US and fighting for veteran and education issues and nearly 10 years fighting for Staten Island and North Shore issues without regard to personal benefit.
