1. What is the most important issue in Council District 31 you would address if elected?
Education- One of the biggest problems in my District is the lack of quality education within the school system. I believe that education is the key link to economic strength. Not only does it prepare you for life, it is life itself, and as such, I will invest a large amount of resources to improve our educational system.
2. What other important issues would you address if elected?
Foreclosure- Our district has one of the highest foreclosure rate in the country. I would continue to organize workshops to educate our homeowners, organize seminars where counselors, lawyers, and banks would come in to assist on various levels. I will also have a foreclosure specialist on staff to assist my constituents.
3. What makes you the best candidate for this office?
I am the best candidate because of my abilities to organize, fifteen years of organizing and managing the Rosedale Soccer Program, advocating for students and parents in our school system. My unwavering commitment to the quality of life issues; for example, leading the fight against the Federal prison, the Suspension Centers in our schools, and the "Hot Sheet Motel" in our community. In addition, my experience as Chief of Staff of the 31st Council District, where I managed the entire Council District. My experiences have prepared me to handle any unforeseen problem that my arise.
