Job creation during this economic meltdown
2. What other important issues would you address if elected?
Comprehensive Immigration Reform, Affordable Housing, Provision of Credit to small businesses, Improvement in Quality of Life, Participation of parents in School Control by advocating that The Mayor should surrender two seats out of six on Education Policy Board to Public Advocate who will represent public quality education and exercising some fiscal control to check the discretionary approvals for major capital intensive projects.
3. What makes you the best candidate for this office?
25+ years experience as Economist, Banker, Cost and Management Accountant, Chartered Administrator, Management Consultant, Budgetary and Fiscal policies analyst and Attorney at Law gives me the breadth of experience to serve the public interest in NYC better. My exposure to community at large while providing legal services has acquainted me with the day to day problems New York city residents are facing with. I am sensitive to their needs as citizen and have suffered the same problems for the last 30 years while living in rental apartments and commuting by sub ways.
