1. What is the most important issue in Council District 28 you would address if elected?
As a Pediatrician, one of my main concern is the Health and Education of our children. Everyone deserves quality and affordable health care. We need to empower our children with academic excellence by improving educational standards so that they can become healthy scholars and future leaders.
2. What other important issues would you address if elected?
- I will fight for our fair share of budget dollars.
- Funding for after-school programs and youth activities and centers.
- Promoting all religious institutions and cultural events.
- Funding for more senior centers and senior activities.
- Creating more training programs and job opportunities.
- Providing assistance for small business ventures.
3. What makes you the best candidate for this office?
I am a long term resident of District 28 who graduated from John Adams High School. As a practicing Pediatrician in the community who has served over 10,000 patients, I have truly experienced and understand the problems of the community. I have a long track record of integrity and professionalism as a medical doctor. As a married man with two children, I have strong morals and family values.
I am running for City Council to address these and other issues and to return honesty, integrity and respect to the district office.
