Create economic expiation for small business, job growth, affordable housing initiatives that will lead to residential ownerships.

Protect families needs, Provide Safer better schools, build a stronger 10th districts thru economic empowerment and development, Improve and create new jobs opportunities, Crack down on illegal lease negotiation, protect tenancy of families and residential rent control, Creating growth and expiation of new buildings to provide housing for young professional families, Prevent child abuse and neglect, Develop a plan to support non for profit and cultural institution, Expanding child care abuse, Protect small business lease negotiation illegal practices.
3. What makes you the best candidate for this office?
I am the most qualify candidate for this extraordinary times. The synergy of my professional education--architect and urban planer and more than 20 yarer of experience in community activism and politics make me the first choice to represent the communities of Washington Height, and Marble Hill; I offer a representation with character, integrity and business experience with the ability to negotiate and protect the well benign of the communities of District 10th.
